The billing for all Bristol Water and Wessex Water customers is now handled by Bristol Wessex Billing Services Ltd, a joint venture company owned by Bristol Water and Wessex Water.

This arrangement means that Bristol Water customers now receive only one bill for water and sewerage services and need only call one number for billing enquiries. For contact details - click here.

Joint billing has made life easier for customers who we know prefer one bill and allows both companies to make efficiency savings expected of us by Ofwat. This joint arrangement is only relevant for billing matters.
