The billing for all Bristol Water and Wessex Water customers is now handled by Bristol Wessex Billing Services Ltd, a joint venture company owned by Bristol Water and Wessex Water.

This arrangement means that Bristol Water customers now receive only one bill for water and sewerage services and need only call one number for billing enquiries. For contact details - click here.

Joint billing has made life easier for customers who we know prefer one bill and allows both companies to make efficiency savings expected of us by Ofwat. This joint arrangement is only relevant for billing matters. Data protection
Bristol Water and Wessex Water will use information about you to help them to deliver and improve the services they provide to you and to let you know about related products they believe you might be interested in. This information will also be used to manage your account, including the collection and recovery of charges. The information will be disclosed to Bristol Wessex Billing Services and to other service providers for these purposes and also, where you receive sewerage services from Wessex Water and a water supply from Bristol Water, by Bristol Water to Wessex Water. Your information will not be disclosed to any other third party without your consent except in circumstances permitted bylaw such as where required to do so by the courts or to comply with other legal obligations; to detect and/or prevent crime or for credit reference purposes. Telephone calls may be recorded or monitored for training purposes and to protect both your and our interests.
