 The WaterSure scheme is designed to help low income customers whose water is supplied by a meter. The scheme was formerly known as the social tariff.
WaterSure was introduced by the Government and they set the rules on who can join and how it is run.

Please check on page 3 to see whether you are eligible to apply. The WaterSure scheme applies to permanent members of the household only.
When applying, follow the notes on the form carefully and see the checklist on page 7 before returning the application form. If a different water company provides your sewerage service you only need to complete one application form and return it to Bristol Water who will notify the sewerage company. |
