New Supplies

Welcome to the New Supplies section of our website. In this section we explain the process of obtaining a new water connection from the point that you apply for it, through the requirements that need to be met in order to pass our pre-connection inspection and the charges that you will have to pay, to the point where our installation crew turns up on site. Information on how to obtain a temporary building supply is also available.

New Supplies will also process your application if you wish to replace your existing lead or iron service pipe, or separate your supply from an existing shared supply pipe. Information regarding the installation of new shared supplies is also available.
